Get support in taking care of your mental health.

Not sure where you can go? We’ve compiled a list of resources that we hope can help you get started.

Self-Diagnosis

If you need some help to identify the signs of a possible mental health condition, take an online self-help test to have some clarity on what might be happening.

Remember that these online self-help tests cannot replace a professional diagnosis. But if it leads you to think that you might have a mental health condition, you should speak with a mental healthcare professional.

📞 Helplines

Helplines allow you to talk to someone, often for free. They offer some of the most affordable and accessible mental health support.
