Caregiver support groups
Don’t wait until you’re burnt out before you reach out.
In addition to self-care practices and financial assistance schemes, joining caregiver support groups can help reduce the risk of caregiver burnout.
Community support groups can provide a safe, judgement-free space to share your struggles and feelings with others who have walked down the same path. Fellow caregivers can also be a source of comfort and practical advice.
